Raising the Next Generaton of Leaders

Growing up I was positively influenced by a number of mentors around me. The one mentor I have never forgotten deliberately spoke into my life and was such a strong part of my foundation. She believed in me, introduced me to public speaking at the age of 9 and successfully kept me away from mischief. Almost 4 decades later, I am still thankful for the role she played in my life. I also want to offer the world this unique opportunity

Mothers and Mentors was established to combat the increase in:

• High school dropouts

• Teen pregnancies

• Teen substance abuse

• Teen crimes

Here are the statistics:

1. ~200,000 high school dropouts in Canada

2. ~20,000 teenage pregnancies

3. 108% increase in homicides and 13% increase in robberies perpetuated by teenagers
